There’s more to a shared table.
The Congregate Meal Program at UNIDAD brings older adults together for a nutritious lunch and meaningful social connection. It’s a place to enjoy a healthy meal, make new friends, and learn about other programs and services available at the center and in our community.
Meal service is offered Monday through Friday, with lunch served at noon. Please call before your first visit: enrollment, daily availability and serving times must be confirmed with staff.

Enjoy a well-balanced, nutritious lunch served Mondays through Fridays at noon in a friendly, welcoming environment.
Ask about current meal service, enrollment availability and how daily meal reservations are handled.
Nutrition support
Our meals are designed to support healthy aging. If you have dietary questions or special needs, let us know during the intake process.
Nutrition education and counseling may be available by appointment. Ask staff about current arrangements.
Time with neighbors
Share a meal, enjoy conversation, and connect with others in our community.
Meals are part of a wider community of conversation, games, classes and celebrations, so you can also ask about other activities and services at UNIDAD.
